Like most websites, this site, Famlab Bokhandel uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

If you buy books at our website, your First Name, Last Name, Company name,  Street Address, Postcode, Location, the Phone number will be stored at our server, at our website’s own database. Our website has SSL Protection, and it’s hosted by WpEngine.

Your First Name, Last Name, Company name,  Street Address, Postcode, Location, the Phone number will remain within our Bokhandel Famlab database for as long as we continue processing your order, for sales analytics or until you specifically request removal from our database by requesting removal at this page

Also, copy of your order details as Your First Name, Last Name, Company name,  Street Address, Postcode, Location, the Phone number will send to Pedagogisk forum/Manglerud bøker (see section 8.0 Data Controller) database for as long as they continue processing the order, and for shipping your books.

You can make a request to remove, update your personal data at this page, or you can send us an email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account from which you bought books.

4.0 HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

As detailed in section 3.2 above, if you sign up via this website some personal information will be stored in this website’s database. This is currently the only occasion where personal data will be stored on this website. This data is currently stored in WordPress Database, and we can only manually identify and update, delete this information; it’s a limitation of the content management system that this website is built on ( WordPress and hosted by WpEngine).  WPEngine Privacy Policy statement is here.

All traffic (transferral of files) between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.
